If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is:

- Damaged
- Incorrect
In these cases, we will provide a suitable solution at no additional cost.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
